Part IV: Heartbreak as a terminal illness

I can confirm it an everlasting burden.
I lay almost lifeless in the tapestry room awaiting his return. I was overwhelmed by a state of shock and heartbreak. His loss was detrimental to my character; I was removed of my life’s purpose.
The love I so desperately desired was taken from me before I could fully embrace it. Nobody understood the pain I endured after that night.
My relationship with my family grew increasingly distant. I could not contain my anger towards them. They did not understand how I felt, and I wanted them to suffer.
I died of a broken heart right here in the tapestry room. The voices in my head still tell me my love will reunite with me.
I rest assured at the thought: if I remain within the grounds of Loftus Hall, one day the devil will return and reignite our flame.
